Recharge the body: Being in contact with the sun – also known as our source of natural energy, allows the whole body to recharge and gives a state of enveloping well-being throughout the body.

Sometimes it takes very little to do it, stealing a few minutes from our commitments or changing a habit and taking a walk between daily appointments.


Try practicing Positive Visualization: stop for a few moments to breathe slowly and try to remember a beautiful and happy moment in your mind. Then let yourself go to that image and immerse yourself in the memory that triggered you, absorbing well-being and bringing emotional balance in you. It really works and does very well.


Listen to music: Give yourself the pleasure of letting yourself go to creativity to help your mind decompress from busy days. Free endorphins, release creativity and well-being.

Remember to breathe: correct breathing is fundamental in order to give new oxygen and therefore new lymph to the mind. Stress, tension and very often even discomfort lead unconsciously to a contracted diaphragm. This way we breathe in half in an unnatural and not very harmonious way, protracting fatigue and mental heaviness.

Stopping for a few seconds and concentrating on correct breathing is fundamental for restoring balance.


Do something you love:it is very important during the day to remember yourself and not only the thousand commitments. Knowing how to carve out an hour a day to carry out a project, a dream or even simply a game is a great gesture of self-love that each of us should do for oneself. Day by day not only will you feel better and more motivated but you will also experience that much more can be born from a simple passion.
